Did you order from a shop on Dzra?
Then your order is with that shop, not with us. We run the software they sell on, and we cannot see or change your delivery. Use the WhatsApp button on the shop’s page, or the contact details on your order confirmation.
If the shop will not respond, or you believe a store is fraudulent, write to support@dzrahq.com with the order reference and we will step in. See the returns and refunds policy.
